Your Local Builders is a West London construction company working across eight boroughs. We build new homes, extensions and commercial premises, and we run every project with our own site team rather than passing it down a chain of subcontractors.
Most of our work comes from repeat clients and recommendations, which only happens if people can reach you, the price does not move without warning and the site is left clean at the end of each day.

Plenty of extensions and loft conversions are built under permitted development, with no planning application at all. But the limits are specific, and they tighten in conservation areas — which cover large parts of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Ealing and Hammersmith.
On the first visit we check your address against the current rules and tell you which route applies, so you know before committing to anything.

Yes. The site visit, the written quotation and the specification that comes with it are all free and carry no obligation. You only pay once you have accepted a price and we have a signed schedule of works.
By stage — groundworks, structure, roof, first fix, second fix and finishes — with anything not yet chosen shown as a clearly labelled provisional sum. That way you can see where the money is and adjust the specification before work starts rather than after.
Yes. We carry public liability and contract works insurance, and we will send you the certificates with the quotation if you ask. All electrical and gas work is carried out and certified by registered contractors.
